Extend Coach Rajko Toroman?
The Smart Gilas program has been extended to two more years, in time for the 2013 FIBA Asia Championship as qualifier for the 2014 FIBA World Championship. But the contract of Coach Rajko Toroman is until after the 2011 FIBA Asia Championship only.
Do you think Smart Gilas should extend the contract of Rajko Toroman or do you think another local or foreign coachshould handle Smart Gilas in the next two years? Who do you think should handle Smart Gilas in case Coach Rajko Toroman’s contract is not extended?
Possible Replacement:
-Tim Cone (With his recent resignation in Alaska, he is a possible option and has experience handling a National Team)
-Chot Reyes (Head Coach of Talk N Text, who almost had a grand slam)
-Ryan Gregorio (Current assistant coach of Smart Gilas and Head Coach of Meralco Bolts)
-Norman Black (Head Coach of Ateneo, which is on its way to its 4th straight title)
